A real deliverable you'll work through
A growing online retailer is losing 68% of shoppers between "add to cart" and "order confirmed." Your job as the BA: map the current process, work out where and why people are dropping off, identify the stakeholders you'd need to involve, and propose a redesigned process backed by a business case.

What you'll learn to build
By the end of the track you'll be comfortable building interactive, decision-ready dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, not just charts in a spreadsheet.

Students: every university sets its own term dates and intake, so your holidays might not match the windows above exactly. As a rough guide, most UK universities break for winter around mid-December to early January, for Easter/spring around late March to April, and for summer from June through September. Check your own academic calendar, then register your interest for whichever cohort lines up with your time off.
Working professionals: you're not tied to any particular cohort. Join whichever one suits you, and choose to attend on weekday evenings or weekends, whatever fits around your job.
